My name is Preeti and I have been fond of cooking since I was a child. My husband (and number 1 taster) and I enjoy the company of our friends and family. Whether it's entertaining for a few or hosting 60 or more people, the idea of curating a menu excites me to no end! I have always been a recipe junkie.. I sit down with numerous cook books and clippings to design a menu for every palate.
This space is dedicated to fresh and flavorful recipes that I love to make and create. The more complicated a recipe, the more it attracts me!
A lot of my inspiration comes from Indian, Italian, Mexican and Mughlai cuisines. Over the years, I have tried, tested and tweaked my favorite recipes from these regions.
