Banoffee Pie Cups

Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt 

  • 2  bananas

  • 1 cup whipping cream 

  • 1 cup graham crackers

  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Pour the condensed milk in a glass baking dish, add salt and cover with a foil. Now put this dish in a larger baking tin, fill the sides halfway up with hot water and place in the oven for one hour to caramelize.

  3. Coarsely grind the graham crackers and add the melted butter. Mix well.

  4. Slice the bananas.

  5. Beat the cream until thick.

  6. Now start layering- breadcrumbs first, then the bananas, pour the caramelized milk, and top with cream. Keep layering depending on the depth of your dish.

  7. Sprinkle more drums on top to decorate. Chill & Serve !
