Smoked Salmon Toast with Creme Fraiche

Ingredients:
2 slices of any bread (I used sourdough)
1 teaspoon butter + 1 tablespoon butter
Chopped dill
Chopped chives
1/2 sliced avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons creme fraiche
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Instructions:
Beat the eggs with with a pinch of salt, black pepper, some chives and 1 tablespoon of creme fraiche.
Heat a pan on low heat, add a tablespoon of butter and pour the egg mixture. Scramble till cooked but slightly loose.
On a hot grille, toast the bread slices with a dab of butter.
Arrange the avocado slices, sprinkle some lemon juice, top with scrambled eggs, the leftover creme fraiche and sprinkle with dill & chives.
