Tzatziki

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Greek yogurt
2-3 baby cucumbers, very thinly sliced on a mandolin
2-3 tablespoons chopped dill
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic minced
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Mix the sour cream and yogurt together with all the other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve cold as an accompaniment to any dish.
I use this for my Mediterranean rolls, kebab rolls, as a side dish to mujadra or any rice dish.
