Tzatziki

Servings: 5-6

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt 

  • 2-3 baby cucumbers, very thinly sliced on a mandolin

  • 2-3 tablespoons chopped dill

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced

  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix the sour cream and yogurt together with all the other ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve cold as an accompaniment to any dish. 

I use this for my Mediterranean rolls, kebab rolls, as a side dish to mujadra or any rice dish.
